Today we look at edible landscaping planted around our house! If you think you don’t have room for berry bushes you might be wrong. Consider swapping out one or two regular foundation plants like boxwoods for a food producing plant like blueberry.
Plants like blueberries can fill in for plants like boxwoods right around the perimeter of your house. Consider removing a few roses and replacing them with gooseberries.
Not every plant needs to be a food producer, start with one or two and see how they do. If you like them add a few more berry plants each year. Before you know it you will be producing a ton of your own food!
